Looking on the signature formation of Brown Bluff, located on the Tabarin peninsula, on the easternmost tip of the Antarctic peninsula, from the Antarctic Sound. It is a basalt tuya: a distinctive, flat-topped, steep-sided volcano formed when lava erupts through a glacier.
