Among the San bushmen of the Kalahari Desert. San medicene has been passed down for generations, being able to identify emetics, anti-malarials, and pregnancy aids from local plants and grasses. They use a Khoisan (or "clicking") language using click constantants, and here demonstrating starting a fire by hand.
