| Next to Christiansborg Palace stands the Stock Exchange, built by king Christian IV in 1640. Its landmark 56m-tall spire tower is wrought in the shape of four dragon-tails twined together. It held the Danish stockmarket until 1974, and now holds the Danish Chamber of Commerce. |
