| At the western end of Carpenter Street (visible beyond it), facing the Old Courthouse, is Kuching's Harmony Arch. Erected in 2007, the arch reflects the heavy Chinese influence on the city and how the community have integrated with other races (Malays, Indians, Europeans and indigenous) in Kuching. |
