| Considered the Bohemian quarter of Belgrade is Skadarska, hidden within Stari Grad (Old Town). Its history goes back to the 1830s, when Roma gypsies settled here, but it was 60 years later when artists gave it its current atmosphere; it still functions as a tourist attraction. |
