| The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels on the corner of Grand Avenue and Temple Street, the mother-church of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The cathedral was built to replace the Cathedral of St Vibiana, dating from 1876 but severely damaged in the 1994 Northridge earthquake. |
