| The Ivan the Great bell-tower is the tallest of the Kremlin's bell-towers, built for the cathedrals which had no belfries, and is said to mark Moscow's precise geographic centre. It was built in 1508 by Ivan III the Great's son, Grand Prince Vasily III. |
