| Originally called Tito's Bridge (after the Yugoslav president), this bridge over the Neretva upstream from the Stari Most collapsed amid the wars in 1992; Musala's Bridge, made of reinforced concrete, replaced it in 2000. War damage is still evident, and at the time few funds were available to commence renovation. |
