| Looking north up the swift, blue waters of the river Neretva, from the top peak of the Stari Most. The pedestrianised Kujundžiluk on the eastern bank (right of picture) can be seen leading into the old bazaar district. Mostar was named after the bridge keepers (mostari) who guarded the bridges over the Neretva.
