| Dividing Dresden's Altstadt (old city) quarter is the pedestrianised Prager Straße (Prague Street), stretching from Dresden Hauptbahnhof to the south through the Altstadt to the river Elbe. Most of the street's southern half is a mix of Communist and post-modern architecture.
