| In the heart of Suzdal's kremlin stands the Nativity Cathedral. A church has stood here since the Kievan Rus in the 12th century; badly burned by Kazan Tatars in 1445, it was rebuilt in brick in 1528, and renovated recently. It was Heritage-listed in 1992. |
