| One of Cardiff's oldest churches (one of the city's remaining medieval buildings after its castle), and located right in the centre of the city is the Church of St. John trhe Baptist. It was partially rebuilt in the 15th century, after damage caused by troops from the rebellion of Owain Glyndŵr.
