| The infamous Rituskor Footbridge: this precarious wooden bridge spans a deep chasm (with the sea 289 metres below) between the Suðuroy mainland (left of picture) and the Rituskor rock cleft (right), originally constructed for wildlife and shepherds, and the occasional brave tourist. Cross it at your own risk, but the resulting views are an incredible reward. |
