| On Calea Victoriei stands the Cantacuzino Palace, built in French baroque style between 1901-3 and named after the mayor of Bucharest and (twice) Romanian prime minster Gheorghe Grigore Cantacuzino. It became the George Enescu music museum in 1956, dedicated to the Romanian composer. |
