| The Al-Qudaybiyah Palace, in Manama's south-eastern suburbs, is the more modern of the palaces within the city; the previous Old Palace is up Bani Otbah Avenue (off-picture to the left). It is the home of the Al-Khalifah family, and the residence of king Hamad. |
