| Across from the Neues Schloss on Schlossplatz (left, off-picture) stands the Köningsbau, characterised by a colonnade of 34 columns, dating from 1860 as a concert hall and ballroom; it also housed Stuttgart's Stock Exchange between 1991-2002. Today it consists of a shopping centre and cafes. |
