| The Spinnaker Tower is a recent edition to the Portsmouth skyline, built in 2005 in the redeveloped Gunwharf Quays on the river Solent. It ran millions of pounds and 6 years overdue, but has proved a popular tourist attraction for its views over the city and surrounds. |
