| The cobbled, pedestrianised Södergatan links the south-eastern corner of Stortorget to the north-eastern corner of Gustav Adolfs Torg in the south of Gamla Staden. It became Malmö's first pedestrianised street in 1978; restaurants and fashionable boutiques line both sides of the street.
