At the top of Hsinbyume Pagoda. Its design is a departure from normal Burmese pagodas, based on the mythical Sulamani pagoda on Mount Meru; the pagoda's base represents the mountain. Seven concentric terraces represent the seven mountain ranges going up to Mount Meru, according to Buddhist mythology.
