| One of Sanssouci Park's attractions is the Chinese House, a garden pavilion erected between 1755-64 by Prussian king Frederick the Great not far from the Sanssouci Palace. It was designed in the then-popular style of Chinoiserie, a mixture of ornamental rococo elements and parts of Chinese architecture. |
