| Looking up from the front steps of the neo-classical Tintenpalast, the seat of both chambers (the National Council and the National Assembly) of the Parliament of Namibia. It was built by the German colonial government between 1911-3 and nicknamed the "Ink Palace" by the large usage of ink in its construction. |
