| One of the most-photographed streets in Boston is the cobblestoned Acorn Street, a small glimpse back into a preserved early 19th century Boston, in the Beacon Hill district. It was home to coachmen employed by families in nearby Mount Vernon and Chestnut Street mansions, and is even lit by period gas lamps at night. |
