| The Iziko Slave Museum, previously the Old Slave Lodge, on the corner of Adderley and Wale Street, today a museum of the history of slavery in Cape Town. It is one of the city's oldest buildings, constructed in 1679 and inhabited by slaves (mostly from Madagascar, India, Indonesia and Mozambique) until 1811. |
