| Set on the river Shin in the Achany Glen, amongst picturesque Highland scenery, the Falls of Shin also serve as a salmon ladder, allowing the fish to leap up the falls easier. The site was also home to a small visitor's centre (with a Harrods store, the only one in Scotland), but this burned down in 2013; a new visitor's centre opened in 2017. |
