| Looking east along Swakopmund's main street, Sam Nujoma Avenue, named after the first president of Namibia (formerly known as Kaiser Wilhelm Straße until 2001). The street continues east to the airport and onwards as the B2 highway into the desert, eventually reaching Okahandja, 70km north of Windhoek. |
