| Dilworth Park, along the western side (and western entrance) of Philadelphia's City Hall; the public park and open space, previously a plaza, opened in September 2014, and named after Richardson Dilworth, city mayor between 1956-62. The fountains, open in the warmer months, transform into an ice skating rink each winter. |
