| On the southwestern side of Bremen's Marktplatz (Market Square) directly across from the town hall stands the Schütting, dating from 1538 and initially a merchants' and tradsmen guildhouse, before becoming Bremen's Chamber of Commerce. It was listed for local monument protection in 1973. |
