| The neo-Gothic Saint Joseph Church on Oosterstraat, built in the 1880s for the nearby Oosterpoort neighbourhood; with many workers' houses built there, the church was dedicated to Saint Joseph, patron saint of workers. It features a hexagonal 78m-tall tower: with three clock-faces visible at times (not possible with square towers), it has been nicknamed the "drunk man's tower". |
