| The altar of Saint Stephen's Church. The church was severely damaged by the bombing of the city in 1944, including loss of the main spire, and the stained glass in the windows around the apse (centre of picture), but was rebuilt after the war with the restored spire being completed in 1969. It underwent a recent renovation during 2014-5. |
