| Groningen's neo-classical Town Hall, built on the western edge of Grote Markt (Great Market Square, another of the city's three open spaces) between 1775-1810 on the site of the former 15th century Raadhuis. Upstairs in the former raadszaal (council chamber) is kept the Gulden Boek (Golden Book), listing the town's honoured citizens. |
