| The Dominican Bookstore is one of the most beautiful bookshops in Europe, housed in a former Dominican church (consecrated in 1294), complete with a 14th-century fresco depicting scenes from the life of Thomas Aquinas. With the dissolution of the monastery in the 18th century, the church was eventually renovated into this unique and picturesque bookstore in 2006. |
