| Looking onto the Gothic facade of the Dinghuis from Jodenstraat, where it meets Munstraat (left of picture) and Kleine Staat (right). Dating from 1470, it served mainly administrative and judicial functions, crowned with a tower used as a lookout-post (complete with its own bell). It became a theatre in the 20th century, and now serves as Maastricht's Tourist Information Centre. |
